By accessing or using FindLeb and its services (directory, marketplace, raffles, templates, etc.), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and business/store owners.

1) Acceptance & Changes

Your access or use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update the Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

We may highlight material changes via a notice bar or by updating the “Last updated” date.

2) Accounts & Identity

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Impersonation or misleading identities are prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected misuse.

3) Content & Listings (Places/Stores)

• You are responsible for the accuracy of content you upload (text, images, prices, locations, etc.).
• Illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing content is prohibited.
• We may review, remove, or hide content to ensure quality and trust.
• Featured listings Premium may appear higher per display policies.

4) Products & Orders

• Pricing, stock, shipping, and returns are the seller’s responsibility.
• Once an order is placed, the seller must fulfill in a reasonable time and keep the buyer informed.
• Product options (variants/colors/sizes) must clearly show final price and any taxes (if applicable).
• If fulfillment becomes impossible, cancel the order and refund any amounts as required by applicable law.

5) Payments & Wallet

• We may provide a per-user USD wallet with deposit/withdraw options subject to availability.
• Deposits (OMT / Whish / BoB Finance / MoneyGram / Cash) may be reviewed and approved or rejected.
• Fraud or money-laundering is strictly prohibited; we may request additional verification documents.
• Any service fees (if applicable) will be shown clearly before confirmation.

6) Raffles & Tickets

• Raffles show statuses draft / active / sold out / drawn with draw logs and winner capture.
• Organizers must comply with local laws and clearly state raffle terms on the raffle page.
• We may suspend any raffle upon violations or credible reports.

7) Prohibited Uses

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity, or violations of others’ rights.
• Uploading viruses/bots/hacking attempts or disrupting the service.
• Collecting users’ data without consent or sending spam.
• Selling items prohibited by law or by our policies (weapons, drugs, etc.).

8) Intellectual Property

Site design, branding, UI, databases, and original content are owned by FindLeb or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or resell any part without prior written permission.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and operate it within our services.

9) Privacy & Data

Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use cookies for experience improvements and analytics.

You may adjust browser settings or contact us for access/correction/deletion requests within legal limits.

10) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability at all times.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Courts of Lebanon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or restrict access, or remove content/accounts for violations or technical/legal reasons, without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
